Webbs Motorcycles Stores Re-opening

Normal hours resume Monday to Saturday 9am to 5:30pm

After the good news that stores can re-open from 12th April 2021, Webbs are pleased to announce that we will be ready to welcome you back into our stores from Monday 12th April.

We will, of course, be providing sanitising stations at the entrances to the stores and may limit the number of people who are admitted so that social distancing can be maintained, and we will, require customers to wear face coverings when in the stores.

Things will be different as we try to return to normal operation, especially in relation to motorcycle sales procedures. Enquiries have been very strong during the lockdown and with new unlaunched models in store, our sales teams, already busy by phone and email, expect to be even more so in the store.
This means that, although we are happy for you to see the new models and our fabulous used selection, we cannot guarantee to see everyone promptly, to discuss any purchase you may wish to make. Appointments with motorcycle salespeople may be needed to ensure we have time to spend with you on your visit.

We have run a busy “click and collect” system to keep people mobile and have handled warranty and servicing requirements for many of you throughout lockdown, on reduced hours and currently service booking lead times may be longer than usual so please plan services well ahead to avoid any disappointment. We will be working overtime, if necessary, to keep up with things but be aware that most motorcycle retailers are likely to be stretched with backlogs in all areas of the business.

That is the cautious stuff out of the way.

We have some fantastic new motorcycles from Triumph and Yamaha in store and the season is just starting.
